ADTV Membership

As an ADTV member you have access to a range of benefits. This will only increase as we grow as an organisation.

We have three types of membership:

Teacher membership $15
Student membership $10
Support membership $10

You can check with your accountant, or the ATO, if the membership fee may be tax deductable for you.
(Please note that any donation of over $2 is tax deductable.)

 

Teacher membership

Some benefits you are entitled to include:

  • Being part of a network of language professionals
  • Professional assistance and advice
  • Access to the ADTV library, which contains lesson materials and books that can help you in the classroom
  • Access to workshops and information sessions organised by the ADTV and affiliated associations like MLTAV and Nederlandse Taalunie

Student membership

As a teacher organisation we of course care for our students and their development. If you study or want to study Dutch, becoming an ADTV member can help you with gaining skills in the Dutch language.
  • Up to date information on where you can learn Dutch
  • Possibility to get in touch with other people who are involved in learning or teaching Dutch
  • staying up-to-date with the latest information in learning Dutch
  • Invitations to workshops and information sessions organised by the ADTV
  • Information about workshops and information sessions organised by affiliated associations like MLTAV and Nederlandse Taalunie
  • Access to the ADTV library, which contains Dutch books at a variety of levels that can help you improve your language

Support membership

As a volunteer organisation we need your help to be able to sustain and promote the Dutch language in Australia. Your voice and our membership numbers count! Therefore, if you are not studying or teaching Dutch, however you believe in the importance of the Dutch language in Australia, our Support Membership could be for you! We of course welcome anyone who would like to do some volunteer work for us, but that is certainly no requirement. Becoming a member is all that is needed.
  • Up to date information on what is happening with the Dutch language in Victoria and Australia.
  • Invitations to workshops and information sessions organised by the ADTV
  • Information about workshops and information sessions organised by affiliated associations like MLTAV and Nederlandse Taalunie
  • Access to the ADTV library, which contains Dutch books and other media
  • … and more!
