We would like to inform everyone of some changes regarding the Association of Dutch Teachers of Victoria Inc (ADTV). The ADTV has recently changed its name to “Dutch Language Australia Inc” or ‘DLA’ in short. In addition we have made some small changes to our Statement of Purposes:

• To promote the Dutch language in Australia
• To build stronger ties among the Dutch-speaking communities
• To build co-operative partnerships with other organisations and groups of interest
• To support students and teachers of the Dutch language in Australia
• To offer scholarships to study the Dutch language

We are working on a new logo and a new website is in the making, but our old one will be kept going for the time being.

As you have read in the previous post we are changing and expanding. We are currently working with this website… and what about it???? Well, we know it is not always working very well. And it is maybe a little outdated. That is why we ask your patience until we get our new website. Which will be easier to navigate, easier to share (Dutch language) information and resources, and easier to use. Meanwhile we endeavour to keep this website up to date. If you have any information you would like to share don’t wait until we get the new website, contact us now.

Yes, a new organisation name means also a new website address. However, we will keep this address for at least a year, maybe longer. So you will always find us.
